Limousine Dispatcher

Job Description:

The Limousine Dispatcher is responsible for managing the scheduling and dispatching of limousine drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation services. The role involves coordinating with customers, drivers, and other staff to meet service requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Position: Limousine Dispatcher
Job Type: Full-Time (Night-Shift).
Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
Salary: 70k – 85k
Schedule: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am

Job Responsibility:

-Scheduling and Dispatching: Schedule and dispatch limousine drivers based on customer reservations and service requirements. Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate last-minute changes or cancellations. Ensure that all scheduled trips are covered by drivers and vehicles.
-Customer Service: Communicate with customers to confirm reservations, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns. Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
-Driver Coordination: Communicate trip details and special instructions to drivers. Monitor driver locations and status to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Provide support to drivers regarding route changes, traffic conditions, and other issues.
-Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of trips, driver schedules, and customer interactions. Prepare and distribute daily schedules and reports. Coordinate vehicle maintenance and ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition.
-Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all drivers adhere to company policies, local regulations, and safety standards. Monitor driver performance and address any issues related to punctuality, behavior, or vehicle operation. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
-Technology and Tools: Utilize dispatch software and GPS systems to manage and track vehicle locations. Maintain and update customer databases and scheduling systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the dispatching tool.

Job Requirement:

-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in transportation management is a plus.
-Previous experience in a dispatching role, preferably within the transportation or limousine industry.
-Must have experience of Party buses and luxury vehicles experience.
-Experience in customer service and administrative duties.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS systems, and other related technology.
-Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions.
-Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
-Dependable and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Professional demeanor and appearance.
