Job Description:
Position: Business Development Manager – Medical Billing
Job Type: Full-Time (Night-Shift).
Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
Salary: 50k – 60k
Schedule: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am
Job Responsibility:
-Business Development and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Provide ongoing support and training to clients on medical billing processes and software.
–Medical Billing Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical billing, coding, and reimbursement processes. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements. Assist clients in optimizing their billing processes to maximize revenue and reduce denials. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
-Strategic Planning and Reporting: Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company.
–Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align business development efforts with company offerings. Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to improve products and services. Mentored and guided junior team members in business development and sales practices.
Job Requirement:
–Preference shall be given to Female Candidates.
–Proven experience in sales, preferably in a US campaign or international market.
–Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
–Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
–Ability to work independently and within a team.
–Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
–Strong organizational and time-management skills.
